All Backgammon Social merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our third-party production and shipping partner, Printful.

Because products are created after an order is placed, please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment
  • additional shipping time depending on destination and carrier

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Backgammon Social is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing
  • buyer’s remorse
  • changes of mind

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
